3.1. Material shop

When you place an order, we collect and use your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfil and process your order and to deal with your enquiries. The provision of data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide data will result in no contract being concluded. The processing is based on Article 6 (1) point b of the GDPR and is necessary for the execution of a contract with you. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. The only exceptions to this are our service partners whom we need for the processing of the contract, or service providers whom we use for purposes of order processing. In addition to the recipients named in the respective clauses of this privacy policy, these partners include, for example, recipients under the following categories: Shipping service providers, payment service providers, merchandise management service providers, service providers for order processing, web hosts, IT service providers and drop-shipping merchants. In all cases, we strictly observe the legal requirements. The scope of data transfer shall be limited to a minimum.

We transmit personal data to external service providers exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. In doing so, we ensure that these external service providers contractually undertake to comply with the applicable legal provisions on data protection and data security. They are not considered third parties in the sense of data protection law.

Furthermore, we will only transmit your personal data to third parties if this is necessary within the framework of contract processing, for example to companies entrusted with the delivery of goods or to the credit institution entrusted with payment processing. No further transmission of the data will take place unless you have expressly consented to such transmission.

Our company regularly checks your creditworthiness when concluding contracts involving the granting of payment targets, also for existing customers; the basis for this is Article 6 (1) point f of the GDPR. To this end, we work with Creditreform Berlin Brandenburg Wolfram GmbH & Co KG, GSt. Frankfurt (Oder), Sophienstr. 26, 15230 Frankfurt (Oder), from whom we receive the data required for this purpose. For this purpose, we will transmit your name and contact details to Creditreform Frankfurt (Oder) Wolfram KG, Sophienstr. 26, 15230 Frankfurt (Oder).

3.2. Forwarding of the e-mail address to shipping companies for information regarding the shipping status

We will pass on your e-mail address to the transport company as part of contract processing, provided you have expressly agreed to this during the ordering process. The purpose of this transfer is to inform you by e-mail about the shipping status. The processing is based on Article 6 (1) point a of the GDPR together with your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us or the carrier without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of that consent until the withdrawal.

We will forward your personal data to "Verlag Der Tagesspiegel GmbH" or "Tip Berlin Media Group GmbH", depending on your selection. The purpose of the disclosure is to fulfil the premium request. 4. Duration of storage of personal data

Our aim is to process your personal data only to the minimum extent possible. The data that the controller of the website www.zapf.de, frag zapf GmbH, transmits to us for the purpose of initiating a contract will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. The deletion period is based on Article 6 (1) point f of the GDPR which aims at protecting the legitimate interests of the controller. For statistical purposes only, we shall continue to store anonymised data of the categories postcode, place and details of the transported goods even after the purpose of their collection has been fulfilled. Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - shall remain unaffected.

5. Your rights as a data subject

Revocation for data processing

The data processing operations are possible with your explicit consent or at your request. You can revoke any consent you have already given or your request at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal message by e-mail. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of data protection laws, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority in matters of data protection law is the State Data Protection Commissioner of the federal state in which our company is based. A list of the data protection officers and their contact details can be accessed via the following link: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a conventional, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of your data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

Information, blocking, deletion

Within the scope of Article 15 of the GDPR ff., you have the right, at any time, to obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient(s) and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this purpose, and for any further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact the above-mentioned controller at any time.

Objection to promotional e-mails

The use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation for the transmission of unsolicited promotional and information material is hereby explicitly rejected. The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event that unsolicited promotional information is sent, for example through spam e-mails.
